How do I know the visiting Engineer belongs to Qualified Consultants?
Answer: Before we schedule you with an engineer, we inform you of there name. Before the phone conversation is over, you will know the day, the time and the price per hour the engineer will ask for. When the engineer arrives, they will introduce themselves with the name mentioned and say they are from Qualified Consultants.

How Can I reschedule My Appointment?
Answer: If you will not be available for an appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance.

What are your business hours?
Answer: Our business hours are Monday-Sunday from 8am-10pm. In other words, if you need a technician in the morning, afternoon or evening, we will send one over. However, there are occasions where we are backed up so we will give you options to better suit your needs.

Do you repair MAC's and PC's?
Answer: Yes! We fix all types of computers. If you are running MacOS, Windows or even UNIX, we will be able to fix the problem. No problem is too big for us to tackle.

I need a new part, can the engineer bring it with him/her?
Answer: Sometimes, customers call us and they've had a hard drive crash. At that time, we ask for information about the computer and bring the proper hardware with us to work on your PC. When the engineer is done with the work, along with the hourly fee, we will charge with all additional hardware brought on the job. Our motto is to get the job done, not to profit on the hardware to fix the job properly so rest assured.

Is there a pick-up and drop-off service?
Answer: Some customers are on business or not available during the day. We make it convenient by picking up your computer and dropping it off when done. Most problems are fixed over night and computers are dropped off the next day. There is no additional fee for this option.

What form of payment do you accept?
Answer: We accept Cash, Personal Checks, Business Checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Sorry, we do not bill at this time unless you are in contract with us for a lengthy project.

What happens if the problem is not fixed on-site?
Answer: If you would like to find out if the problem is fixable, call and speak to an engineer to find out if the problem is curable. If it is, you then have the choice of scheduling for an appointment. Upon working with your computer, the on-site engineer will determine within the first hour if it is curable or not. If it is not curable, you will not be charged for the time we spent on your computer. Our philosophy is "no fix, no pay!"
