			My computer had literally become paralyzed with spyware, adware and other pests and viruses. I emailed Qualified Consultants and received a phone call within 15 minutes of sending my email. A technician was dispatched to my apartment according to my schedule, and he spent almost 2 hours attempting to fix the problem. When it became apparent they would need to completely reinstall windows, I was not charged for the time he had already spent, but rather was charged a very reasonable flat fee for the entire job. Again, working within MY schedule, the technician was willing to take my computer home with him to repair it. He returned it the next morning and made sure the computer was running perfectly before he would accept my payment. I received a follow-up call the next day to make sure the computer was running smoothly. To sum up, all of the people I have dealt with at Qualified have been extremely professional, patient and knowledgeable. 			I shopped online for comparisons and the bought a Sony PIII refurbished. From the day it arrived the cd rom would not work! Yeah I could get it fixed for free but I figured something else would go wrong with it later so I returned it. Qualified Consultants sells quality and sometimes that is pricey but theirs aren't. 			Hey there. The computer works great. It really cooks. I did not know how fast the XP 1700 was until I tried it. So far, no problems. The internet is super fast (although maybe that is because I have broadband ). The video card is weak. I bought a GeForce 3 and that solved the problem in seconds. Now, I am running the latest, most demanding 3-D games and am getting top notch performance. I game online (Counter-strike, Unreal, and Castle Wolfenstein) and have no problems with choppiness or lag; but again, that might be because of the video card and my broadband connection. The fan is loud from the moment that I turn on the computer; but at least I know that my computer is staying cool. The multi-media is excellent (e.g., music videos, etc.). The sound card works well, although I only use headphones. I also like that there are plenty of USB ports. With the video card upgrade ($150) and the 19 inch monitor upgrade ($150), I am getting a gamer's dream computer for less than $1000. I priced similar computers at on TV commercials as well as all known on-line web stores but I could not get a similar machine for the same price ANYWHERE. I customized a Dell at their website, After shipping, the price was over $1400. Ibuypower was around $1350. So in the end, I ended up saving between $400 and $500 from the cheapest online computer companies AND I will have a larger monitor than those companies are offering.
